* By placing a bid bidder signifies that they have not examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the items

* Please keep in mind a 16% buyer's premium and 15% sales tax will be added to the price of each item

* Payments accepted: Cash, debit or credit card at our office Monday-Friday 9-4:30pm

* Please note we do not ship items

*We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failures.
