* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

*Keys are not available, and contents have not been inspected

* By placing a bid bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* Payments accepted: credit/debit, cheque with bank letter of credit or cash at our office.

*Payment due immediately following auction

*A $100 refundable deposit is required to bid

*A $10 lien search fee per vehicle

* Please note we DO NOT ship items.

*All vehicles to be removed next business day after close of auction except in the case of multi-vehicle purchases where delivery can be extended up to 7 days

*All vehicles must be towed or carried on flatbed from the City Municipal Yard

*No bills of sale provided only receipt of payment

* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen in the case of system failures.
