*By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have not examined the items

*Please note there is a buyers fee and 15% tax added to each bid amount.

*Payments accepted: credit/debit, cheque with bank letter of credit addressed to Fitzpatrick's Auction or cash at our office.

*Please note we do not ship items.

* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
